Solace House Sunrise Walk – 2023

As most of you know Solace House provides free, confidential therapeutic counseling for anyone who is experiencing suicidal thoughts or is in suicidal distress, as well as those who engage in self harm, or have been bereaved by suicide. This is their biggest fundraiser of the year which helps provide all this vital support. They have walks/runs in LIC Queens along the waterfront overlooking the Manhattan skyline, they also have walks in the Bronx, Rockland County and the Catskills.

For the past 3 years the Emerald Guild has been one of their T-Shirt sponsors so it would be nice to have some Emerald members there in attendance to show support. I bring the kids and they love it. It’s a really nice walk along the waterfront. That’s Michael and Saoirse in the video in the link helping to give out all the T-Shirts. I hope to see some of you there.
